This is a panel / debate session where speakers will discuss / debate the following :

• How well prepared are today’s interior design graduates for the challenge of working in the industry?
• What are their expectations upon leaving university?
• What are these expectations based on / how are they founded?
• What are the expectations of employers of the graduates?
• What can academic institutions do to better prepare students for their careers?

The debate is aimed at getting the speakers to give their views on the topic and to discuss the current calibre of interior design graduates and their preparedness for working in the industry.
