Traditional Architecture in the UAE?

Rashad Mohammed Bukhash, the man who spearheaded the movement to conserve Dubai's architectural heritage, will be presenting his thoughts on traditional architecture in the region. Mr. Bukhash will discuss the importance of traditional architecture as well as explore architectural history. Other areas that will be addressed will be types of buildings, interior spaces and traditional materials. Concluding the session, Mr. Bukhash will take the audience through a restoration project he was involved in and talk on the rebirth of architectural design in the UAE.
