Mr. Lahzi is Managing Director of Bonyan for Development and Trade and Founding Partner of Bright Living, the Egyptian franchise owner of numerous brands distributed at Designopolis malls, including Roche Bobois, BoConcept, La Maison Coloniale, Serralunga, Hastens, Tempur and Emu. He was previously Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Delicious Inc. S.A.E., the parent company of Cilantro, Egypt’s leading chain of coffee shops with 30 outlets and 600 employees. Delicious Inc. was sold in June 2006. Previously, Mr. Lahzi gained 15 years of retail experience as General Manager of 50 outlets of Shatex Home Collection and Shamsi for Textile Industries. There, he oversaw the regional launch of international brands such as Danial Cremieux and Tom Tailor and was the Regional Marketing Director for Reebok International.

Mr. Lahzi holds a degree in Political Science from the American University in Cairo and an Associate degree in graphic design from Parsons at The New School for Design in New York.
