Neel Bradham is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for InterfaceFLOR in Europe (EMEAI), a division of US based Interface Inc., and a global leader in the manufacture of environmentally responsible modular floor coverings.

Neel has overall responsibility for Sales and Marketing in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. He is also a member of the European Executive Management team reporting to the President and CEO. His most recent position has been on assignment in Europe from Interface’s corporate business unit as the acting Directeur Commercial of the InterfaceFLOR business in France.

Neel joined Interface, Inc. in 2003 where he previously served as the Vice President of Business Development and Senior Officer for Interface, Inc., with responsibilities for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, new venture development and corporate communications. He also had overall management and oversight of Interface’s global sustainable strategy group and the new venture, InterfaceRAISE.

Before joining Interface, Neel held positions in the investment banking and strategy consulting industries, the most recent of which was as a member of Ernst & Young’s Consulting Practice in Atlanta, GA., where he focused primarily on developing and delivering traditional business, turn-around, growth and customer strategies, across a variety of industries.

Neel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1999.

A native of Thomasville, GA, in the United States, Neel and his wife Lisa, along with their three children, Alex, McCauley and Tyler have recently relocated to Paris, France.
